Meditation isn’t just a practice - it’s a way of meeting life with more clarity, presence, and ease. The Space In-Between is a guided four-week online journey designed to help you build a sustainable meditation practice that fits naturally into your everyday life.
Through weekly live 1.5-hour workshops, you’ll explore the foundations of meditation, the science behind how it supports the mind and body, and the deeper philosophies that connect awareness, compassion, and embodiment. Each session includes guided practice, gentle teaching, and space for questions and reflection.
To support your experience, you’ll receive a 42-page workbook filled with theory, journal prompts, and practical exercises, as well as four guided meditation recordings to deepen your practice between sessions and beyond the completion of this course.
Whether you’re completely new to meditation or hoping to reconnect with your practice, this course offers simple, grounded tools to help you navigate stress, build inner resilience, and bring mindfulness into your daily life.
No experience needed - just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.

preparation
It’s suggested you wear something comfortable, as well as a few layers such as a jumper or some cosy socks if you get cold.
You’re also welcome to bring along any extra resources that may be grounding for you, such as a hot water bottle, a cup of tea, or blanket. You’re invited to bring along a journal or notepad as an extra resource.
You will receive the workbook in advance, and you may like to print it for your personal use, or you can use it as a digital PDF.

Hi, my name is Bella, and I’m an Australian yoga teacher living in Copenhagen. The Space In-Between is a three-year-old passion project of mine, and it’s something that continues to evolve and grow, and so I’m so happy to share it as an online course for it’s fourth birthday!
I share this course from a place of deep care and enthusiasm - meditation has changed my life, and it’s capacity for both individual and collective healing continues to amaze me everyday.
My dream is to provide an in-depth course that provides a holistic perspective on meditation with an easy-to-understand and personalised approach. At the end of our time together, you will have received an abundance of knowledge that can bolster and support your meditation practice, a varied toolkit of practices to integrate into your daily life, and lifetime access to both the audio meditation recordings as well as the workbook full of theory, philosophy, step-by-step practices, and reflective journal prompts to return to anytime.
