These three days are more than just a ‘retreat’ - they are a journey into deep restoration and nourishment for the whole self.

Venue

Welcome to our peaceful Danish Cabin in West Zealand. Nestled among rolling fields and quiet forests, our home is located in the beautiful Danish countryside near Svebølle - just over an hour from Copenhagen.

Enjoy a grounding escape surrounded by nature; with open skies, a tranquil lake, and the calm Danish countryside all around, the setting is ideal for slowing down and reconnecting.

Originally built in 1965, this home invites you to settle in and breathe deeply; take long walks through nearby forests, enjoy slow mornings with coffee in the garden, practice yoga in the sunlit orangerie, gather along the long table for shared vegetarian meals, read a book by our charming lake, take a nap in the hammock, share stories around the bonfire, watch the sunset over the fields, join a workshop on the terrace, evoke your inner child with boardgames or pétanque, and savour the simple joy of being away from the rush while resting in peaceful surroundings.

Full of charm and character, this home offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere - an authentic countryside home with Copenhagen style and luxury. Tucked away in quiet nature, it offers an oasis of spaciousness and stillness, while remaining close to local villages, coastlines, and the beauty of West Zealand.

Facilitators

Bella Miles

Bella infuses this retreat with her deep passion for yoga, mindful living, and holistic wellness to create more than just a retreat - but a true sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation.

A certified yoga teacher with years of training in movement, meditation, and breathwork, Bella brings a rich tapestry of practices that inspire connection and self-discovery. She combines traditional asana with Somatic practices, meditation, breathwork, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong to create a practice that’s spacious, restful, and energising. With a trauma-informed teaching lens she fosters a nurturing and inclusive environment where everyone is encouraged to drop into their practice with gentle curiosity and care.

As co-facilitator and retreat host, Bella will guide you through a thoughtfully curated program that includes daily meditation, a variety of movement, and restorative pranayama.

Sarah

Sarah is behind the magic of this retreat’s culinary experience, bringing her passion for plant-based cooking, vibrant flavours, and nourishing meals.

As a creative chef, her talent shines when recreating classic dishes in fresh and unexpected ways. From decadent, fruit-filled cakes to rustic loaves and flaky pastries, her creations are a true celebration of wholesome food, reflecting her love of heartfelt living. Sarah creates meals that are not just food - but an experience, making every mealtime a cherished occasion.

As retreat co-host, Sarah will facilitate a culinary workshop where she’ll share her favourite recipes, tips, and tricks - with plenty of goodies to take home (including some of her secret recipes).

All meals will be plant-based and vegetarian. Dietary requirements can be catered for.

Accommodation

There are a range of sleeping options to suit your needs. Price includes all retreat experiences previously outlined, plus your personal choice of accommodation.

Full time students and those experiencing unemployment are eligible for a 10% price reduction. If you have attended a retreat with either Bella or Sarah before, you are also eligible for a 10% price reduction.

  • The retreat is located in the beautiful forests of Denmark just outside Copenhagen. It takes about 1 hour in the car, and about 2 hours via train to get there.

    As the date approaches, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group where you are welcome to organise rideshare with your fellow retreaters.

  • Thanks for booking! You’ll receive a confirmation email from Bella within 1-2 days. As the retreat approaches, you’ll receive a PDF Welcome Pack with all the information you need.
