Winter Day Retreat

Saturday 28th November

You’re invited to a Saturday get-away just an hour away from Copenhagen.

Together, we will drop into a day of food, yoga, and community for deep restoration and nourishment of the whole self.

This ‘mini’ Winter Day Retreat provides an accessible avenue towards deep rest, together. Slow down, tune in, and create the space to pause. Immerse yourself in a journey of movement, breath, community, journaling, food, and nature.

Think of this as your invitation to drop out of doing and into being, as we take a moment slow down and rest together.

Bella and Sarah will start the day by welcoming you with a warm cup of tea or cacao by the fire, before we sit down at the table and share a delicious brunch lovingly crafted by Sarah. Afterwards, Bella will guide you through restful practices of yoga, somatics, meditation, and yin, followed by some intentional journaling together. We’ll close the day with a sweet evening snack before we say our goodbyes, carrying the feeling of rest with as we head home.
